We guarantee the performance of our filters. We provide free technical support for our customers.
Warranty applies only to the original owner, actual customer on the invoice, of the system. Warranty is immediately voided when replacement filters were purchased from 3rd companies other than AltonWaterSystems. Warranty covers the system against manufacturing defects. Warranty is not transferrable nor extendable. Warranty does not cover system damage resulting from any plumbing error, installation issues, or negligence of maintenance.
All third party products, including pumps and meters, are warrantied by the original manufacturers directly, not AltonWaterSystems. Original manufacturers impose more strict rules on warrantable parts. Transformers, valves, and switches are wearable parts and not covered under manufacturers warranty.
